How does someone download movies to their computer or a portable drive?

I want to be able to download movies to a CD or my computer so I can watch them off-line. Is that possible?

Yes, best way is through bittorrent

    http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ for the client

    http://thepiratebay.org/ to find the files

Make sure you scan everything for viruses before you open it

touching up on “jackbaue…”s answer. Bittorrent is a way of downloading through a “client” or program from an online source. every part you download is saved immediately on your computer unlike downloading through Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. you download the client and then download a “torrent” file which is only a few kilobytes. you open the file in your client and it starts downloading the real file(s).

You can download movies at this website:

    http://www.fileforumz.com/downloads/files/6288

If you go there from here of course you’ll need the latest version of Yahoo tools but I’m sure you already have that anyway.

    Good Luck!
