What is the best program to download movies that are good quality and virus-free? ?

Im tired of limewire because it has low quality movies and its full of viruses. I need a free program that lets me download good movies. I also want to burn them into DVDs. Someone please tell me about a good program for downloading and one for burning the movies into DVDs. Please list the steps for burning the DVDs. Thanks.

    Torrents. But those are hard to find, though good quality is seen alot, dvd-quality is very rare
